It’s onion season here at the @bakosweet farm 🧅 that means we have a lot of fresh produce to keep track of. Each of these bins is labeled with the following information so that we can have traceability!

One of the best tasting melons I’ve ever had and it was in season 🍈 Farmers pick seasonal produce when it is ripe since it does not have to travel long distances. Which means that seasonal produce ends up having more nutrients and being fresh!
